The Three Brothers are a group of upthrust granite blocks in the western part of Yosemite Valley. This image was taken from the banks of the Merced River in Leidig Meadow. Because there were a number of coyotes in the meadow (one was about 20 yards behind me when I took this; I wasn't aware of this until I started taking down my equipment), this was the only picture that I took from this particular meadow.
